We sell on Amazon ourselves. Every tool here started as a spreadsheet one of us was sick of maintaining — so we built the software instead, used it on our own accounts for a year, and then opened it up.

You've got past the stage where one person can hold the whole business in their head, and you're running into the limits of doing it by hand. Any one of these being true is reason enough to talk:
You want parts of it automated. The reorder maths, the reconciliation, the buyer inbox — the jobs that eat a day a week and don't get better with practice.
You want to be more profitable. Revenue is fine, margin isn't. Money is leaking somewhere between fees, stockouts, ad spend and the refunds Amazon never paid you.
You want to scale. More SKUs, more marketplaces or more warehouses — and the way you run things today won't survive the next multiple.
You want to run it better. Nothing's on fire. You just suspect the operation could be tighter, and you'd rather find out now than after it costs you a quarter.
Smaller than that and most of what we build is more tool than you need yet — we'll say so rather than sell you something.
Each one solves a job we hit ourselves. They stand alone — you can use one without the others — and each has its own site, pricing and free trial.
DragonRestock — Inventory & restock planning. Works out what to order and when, lays out the reasoning, and waits for one click. Ends on a decision: the SKU, the quantity, the supplier and the date it has to go out. dragonrestock.com
DragonRefunds — Recovering what Amazon owes you. Audits your settlements for lost, damaged and over-charged inventory, files the claims, and tracks each one until the money actually lands. dragonrefunds.com
DragonReply — Buyer messages, answered. Answers your Amazon buyer messages for you — fast, on-brand and inside Amazon policy. You keep the review rating and get your mornings back. dragonreply.ai
DragonBot — Talk to your Amazon account. Plugs Seller Central straight into Claude or ChatGPT, so you just ask — in the chat you already use — about orders, ads, inventory, reviews or buyer messages, and get an answer instead of homework. getdragonbot.com
The four above are the ones we hit first. They're not the only things we build. If the job eating your week is specific to how your business runs, we'll build for it — either as a custom tool, or by extending one of ours to fit the way you actually work.
A tool built around your process, not a template
Extensions to a Dragon tool you already use
Automations that join up the systems you already pay for

Nothing here came out of a product roadmap. It came out of a Tuesday where the same job had to be done by hand for the fourth week running.
01. We run the business. We're Amazon sellers before we're a software company. Everything gets found the same way — by doing the work and noticing the part that shouldn't be manual.
02. We map the job properly. Before any code, the job gets written down end to end: the inputs, the judgement calls, the edge cases that break a naive version. Most tools fail here, not in the build.
03. We automate the judgement, not just the clicks. A script that moves data around still leaves you doing the thinking. Our tools do the reasoning and show their work, so what reaches you is a decision you can approve or reject.
04. It runs on our accounts before yours. Every tool spends months live on our own inventory, our own refunds and our own buyer messages. You get the version that survived that, not the first one that compiled.
We're a small studio, so we can take these conversations properly. You'll speak to someone who builds the tools, not a sales team.
You want part of your business automated. You already know which parts of your week are manual — the reorder maths, the reconciliation, the inbox. Tell us what it is. Sometimes the answer is a tool we already ship, and sometimes it's something we've been meaning to build.
You think there's a better way to run it. You can't point at one broken task, but you can feel that the framework is wrong: reports nobody reads, decisions made on instinct, numbers that disagree. That's the conversation we find most interesting.
We're not an agency and we don't sell hours. If what you need is a tool, we'll point you at it. If it doesn't exist yet, we'll tell you that too.
WhatsApp is fastest — it comes straight to the founder. Email works just as well if you'd rather write it out.

Dragon Labs builds software for Amazon sellers. We run seller accounts ourselves, and every tool we sell started as a job we were doing by hand.
